Please allow 14-25 business days after a 2-3 day processing (Processing consist of payment verification between both financial intuitions and generating your order) .
Shipping days does not include Weekends or Holidays. A calculated amount of shipping time can be up to 20 days (revised information March 2020).
Distinctive Shoes shipping can be shipped by UPS,USPS,DHL, or FEDEX. Once the carrier receives your package , it is at their timing thereafter when you will receive your package. We are not able to track their every minute of transit.
Please note that shipping can be affected by various factors including Snow, Ice, rain, wind, temperature visibility, flooding, hurricanes, tornadoes Corona Virus and so much more can alter delivery times....This, alone may impact the ability of carriers to deliver shipments on a predictable schedule.
Handmade items
Handmade items takes longer to process and will need extended delivery times. Our suggested wait time for delivery on handmade items are a minimum of 30 days after a 2-3 day processing. (Processing consist of verification between both financial institutions and generating orders.) Some items may vary and can be shipped before the stated time.
Please plan accordingly If you need a handmade item for a special event. Please order early enough to receive your purchase in time. Handmade items are nonrefundable , exchanges only.
To return your product, please contact us by email for information.
When returning an item a shipping label will be emailed to you at no cost.
When making an exchange the new order will not be place until the exchangeable item is returned and inspected.

Payment Method
When using a 3rd party such as AfterPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay and PayPal for a source of payment, be advised that Distinctive Shoes are not responsible for any financial delays or errors. Please note that Distinctive Shoes will not process any orders unless the purchase has been verified through our financial institution. If the payment has not posted within 2 business days you will be notified and your order will not be processed until the payment has been confirmed.
